About + FAQ
I grew up doing gymnastics and played just about every sport I could. Then I tore my left ACL, and thirteen months after the surgery I tore the same one again.
Rehabbing that knee twice is a big part of why I wanted to go to PT school. Waitlists and then COVID kept pushing it back, so I took a front desk job at Gold's, got certified, and started training clients. That was over seven years ago, and I'm still at it. I still train calisthenics myself, and almost all of my clients have been with me long-term.
